• Memberships are personal and non-transferable
• Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis unless otherwise specified

Session Cancellations:

• Sessions must be cancelled at least 12 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee
• Late cancellations (under 12 hours) or no-shows may be charged the full session rate
• Cancellations can be made via our booking platform, by email, or by phone

Membership Cancellations:

• Active memberships may be cancelled with 30 days written notice
• Cancellation requests must be submitted to contact@sculptd-studio.com
• Prepaid sessions or packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to account credit at Sculptd Studio’s discretion
• Sculptd Studio does not issue refunds for sessions already used

• All sessions must be booked in advance through our booking platform
• Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may forfeit their session without a refund
• Sculptd Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions with reasonable notice
• Walk-in availability is not guaranteed

• Proper attire (swimwear or workout clothing) must be worn in the infrared rooms at all times
• Clients must be free of excessive lotions, perfumes, or oils before sessions
• All used towels must be placed in the designated laundry hamper after your session
• No smoking, vaping, alcohol, or controlled substances on the premises
• Clients must hydrate before, during, and after sessions
• Respect the privacy and quiet of other clients in the studio
• Personal belongings are the responsibility of the client — Sculptd Studio is not liable for lost or stolen items
• Sculptd Studio reserves the right to refuse service to any client who violates these rules
