Welcome to Sculptd Studio LLC (“Sculptd Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using sculptd-studio.com (the “Website”), booking a session, or using our infrared fitness studio services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Sculptd Studio LLC provides infrared fitness and wellness services including, but not limited to:

• Infrared fitness sessions (individual and group)
• Membership packages and session bundles
• Wellness consultations
• Studio events and workshops

Specific services, rates, and availability are outlined on our website and may be updated at any time.

Standard infrared sessions are limited to 45–55 minutes per booking unless otherwise specified. Additional session time requires a separate booking. Sculptd Studio reserves the right to end sessions that exceed the allotted time to accommodate other booked clients.

Sculptd Studio’s infrared sessions are intended for general wellness purposes only and do not constitute medical treatment, diagnosis, or advice. Individual results vary. Any wellness benefits associated with infrared therapy are not guaranteed and are not intended to treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Clients with health concerns are strongly encouraged to consult a licensed healthcare provider before beginning any infrared wellness regimen.

You agree to use this Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others. You may not:

• Use the Website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website or its related systems
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce Website content without written permission

All membership fees and session rates are posted at sculptd-studio.com and are subject to change with 30 days written notice to active members. All sales are final. Class packages are non-transferable and non-refundable; no extensions, no exceptions.

Sessions must be cancelled at least 12 hours in advance through Mariana Tek or by contacting us directly. Sculptd Studio does not manage cancellations on behalf of clients.

• Active memberships require 30 days written notice to cancel
• Cancellation requests must be submitted to contact@sculptd-studio.com or in person at the studio
• Prepaid sessions and packages are non-refundable but may be applied as account credit at Sculptd Studio’s discretion
• Sculptd Studio does not issue refunds for sessions already used
• Sculptd Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for non-payment

After completing any initial membership commitment period, you may request a membership freeze in writing to contact@sculptd-studio.com at least 7 days prior to your next scheduled payment date. Freeze availability and duration are subject to the terms of your specific membership agreement.

All sessions must be booked in advance through Mariana Tek. Walk-in availability is not guaranteed.

• Clients are encouraged to arrive at least 5 minutes before their scheduled session
• Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may forfeit their session without a refund
• Sculptd Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions with reasonable notice

If a session is fully booked, clients may join the waitlist through Mariana Tek. The waitlist operates automatically — if a spot becomes available, the first person on the waitlist will be notified and added to the session. Clients will be notified no later than 2 hours before the session start time if they have been moved from the waitlist into a confirmed booking.

If you are on a waitlist and are not moved into the session, your credit will be returned to your account. If you are on multiple waitlists and are added to multiple sessions, our standard late cancellation policy applies.

All charges are final and non-refundable except where expressly stated in these Terms. By completing a purchase, you authorize all recurring and non-recurring charges including membership renewals, late cancellation fees, and no-show fees.

In the event a client initiates a dispute or chargeback with their financial institution for a charge that is valid and in accordance with these Terms, Sculptd Studio reserves the right to:

• Immediately revoke access to all studio services and memberships
• Deny any future bookings or participation at Sculptd Studio
• Recover any outstanding balances including disputed amounts, fees, and associated administrative or legal costs

Initiating a chargeback for a valid charge is considered a violation of these Terms. Clients agree to contact Sculptd Studio directly at contact@sculptd-studio.com to resolve any billing questions before initiating a dispute with their financial institution.

Client safety is our top priority. All clients must complete a health intake form and liability waiver before their first session. By participating in infrared sessions, you affirm that you are physically fit to do so or have obtained physician approval.

Additional contraindications — including pregnancy, cardiovascular conditions, recent surgery, and others — are detailed in our Liability Waiver & Health Disclosure, which all clients must complete before their first session.

Clients must be at least 18 years old to use Sculptd Studio’s services independently. Clients aged 16 or 17 may participate only with a parent or legal guardian present and with a signed parental consent form on file. Children under 16 are not permitted in the infrared rooms under any circumstances.

All clients are expected to follow Sculptd Studio’s studio rules as a condition of service. Sculptd Studio reserves the right to refuse or terminate service for violations of these rules.

For the safety, cleanliness, and comfort of all clients, you must arrive for sessions clean and free of excessive self-tanner, lotions, perfumes, oils, or other products that may transfer to studio surfaces or affect other clients. Clients who arrive in a condition that may compromise studio cleanliness or the experience of others may be denied entry.

• Proper attire (swimwear or workout clothing) must be worn in the infrared rooms at all times
• All used towels must be placed in the designated laundry hamper after your session
• No smoking, vaping, alcohol, or controlled substances on the premises at any time
• Clients must hydrate adequately before, during, and after sessions
• Respect the privacy and quiet of other clients in the studio
• No pets are allowed on the premises at any time

Items left at the studio will be held for up to 7 days. After 7 days, unclaimed items in good condition will be donated; unsanitary or damaged items will be discarded. Sculptd Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.

By attending Sculptd Studio, you agree that you will not post, share, or engage in any content on social media or digital platforms that:

• Misrepresents, discredits, or attempts to place Sculptd Studio, its staff, or community in a negative or false light
• Contains defamatory, vulgar, or inappropriate content tied to the Sculptd Studio brand
• Includes content captured at our studio that violates the privacy of other clients or staff

Sculptd Studio reserves the right to determine what constitutes a violation of this policy. Any breach may result in termination of membership and revocation of studio access without refund.

By attending Sculptd Studio sessions or events, you consent to being photographed or recorded by Sculptd Studio LLC and its agents in connection with your participation.

You authorize Sculptd Studio to use your name, image, likeness, and voice — and any photographs, videos, or recordings captured at the studio — for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes without further consent or compensation.

For clients aged 16 or 17, a parent or legal guardian must provide this consent on their behalf by signing the appropriate consent form before the minor’s first session.

You may opt out of this release at any time by notifying us in writing at contact@sculptd-studio.com.

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through our website, forms, or other communication methods, you consent to receive SMS and MMS messages from Sculptd Studio LLC for service-related purposes including appointment confirmations, reminders, and account notifications.

Messages are only sent to users who have explicitly opted in. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.

All content on this Website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Sculptd Studio LLC unless otherwise stated. Content may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission from Sculptd Studio LLC.

To the fullest extent permitted by Idaho law, Sculptd Studio LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our services, Website, or facilities. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the session or service giving rise to the claim.

Sculptd Studio is not a healthcare provider. Our services are wellness-based and do not constitute medical treatment or advice. Individual results from infrared therapy vary. Clients participate in infrared sessions at their own risk and are encouraged to consult a physician before beginning any new wellness regimen.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Idaho.

Sculptd Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Website or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
